You are invited to learn how to tap into your inner healer by learning the beautiful modality of Reiki.
Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is an ancient Japanese healing technique administered by ‘laying or floating of hands.”
Reiki works with the universal life energy and the internal energy system that we all have.
Its benefits allow our bodies to function smoothly, rebalancing our energy flows, and aligning our chakras.
It is a powerful healing method that can assist tremendously with depression, trauma, illness, insomnia, anxiety, and stress to name just a few.
Reiki was the first chapter to my own healing journey at 15 years old. Now, as a Reiki Master Teacher, I have taught, attuned and mentored woman across all backgrounds, from nurses to lawyers, yogi’s to police officers, and have created an international tribe of Practitioners and Masters.
I teach Reiki in 3 levels and all levels are in person workshops or retreats.
LEVEL 1
Our focus is on self-healing.
It is just the beginning of a beautiful and profound journey which will connect you with a higher power, bringing inner peace & self-discovery, along with the tools to develop your ability to help others.
Your day will compose of:
Historical background of the Traditional Usui Reiki practice.
Hand positions to treat self and others.
The energy body (Aura) and the Chakras.
Reiki 1 Attunement.
Learn how to give full Reiki treatment on a massage table and chair treatments
Ceremony and certification for Level 1

LEVEL 2
Reiki Level 2 is considered the ” Practitioners Level.”
The second-degree attunement amplifies the energy flow of the healer four times more when compared to Level 1.
For those wanting to continue their journey by healing others, level 2 also allows you to begin your practice with clients.
Students will deepen their connection by being taught the Sanskrit symbols- The Power Symbol, The Mental/ Emotional Symbol and The Distant Healing Symbol.
Your day will compose of:
Treating and preparing spaces using Reiki
Advanced understanding of The Three Pillars of Reiki
How to prepare and complete a full body Reiki session for others using the Reiki symbols
Introduction to the power of Crystals - how to use them, cleanse and charge Mother Earths gifts
Breathing technique and intro to meditation.

LEVEL 3
Level 3 & Masters
The time has come for you to integrate all that you have gathered, discovered and learned.
All participants (including myself) will be the teacher and the student, as we gather around and create a circle of love, trust and self-discovery.
Over the course of this weekend, you will be supported and guided whilst we peel away the layers of your practice, allowing you to connect further with your own intuition, perhaps even reveal new gifts.
