Reiki (pronouced Ray Key) is an ancient Japanese healing technique administered by 'laying or floating of hands."
Reiki works with the universal life energy and the internal energy system that we all have. It's benefits allow our bodies to function smoothly, rebalancing our energy flows, and aligning our chakras. It is a powerful healing method that can assist tremendously with depression, trauma, illness, insomnia, anxiety, and stress to name just a few.

Level 1 is focused on self healing. It is just the beginning of a beautiful and profound journey which will connect you with a higher power, bringing inner peace & self discovery, along with the tools to develop your ability to help others.

Reiki Level 2
Reiki Level 2 is considered the " Practitioners Level."
​
The second-degree attunement amplifies the energy flow of the healer four times more when compared to Level 1, increasing your self love and healing practice.
​
It also the next step for those wanting to continue professionally by healing others, as level 2 also allows you to begin your practice with clients.
​
Students will deepen their connection by being taught the Sanskrit symbols- The Power Symbol,The Mental/ Emotional Symbol and The Distant Healing Symbol.

Your teacher
Sam Wilson is owner of Pause: Studio & School of Healing Arts and is also a Director at MSOMS and will be your in-person teacher for this training.
Sam is trained at Master level in many modalities and bases her work around her magical infusion of Movement, Breath & Sound. Where she combines years of experience in Reiki, Mindfulness, Sound, Ecstatic & Somatic Dance, Meditation, Vocal Toning, Tantra, Yoga & Yoga Nidra.

The studio is in the front middle doors and on the first floor.
Please reframe from wearing perfumes.
All appointments operate on a 48-hour cancellation policy, after this time your session will not be refunded, however, you may reschedule with 24 hours' notice.
Suggestive dress is comfortable clothing
